**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Shipping and Receiving**:

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, products, or supplies.
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
- Coordinate and schedule shipments with carriers and logistics providers.

2. **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain organized and efficient warehouse space.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor and report inventory levels to management.

3. **Documentation**:

- Generate shipping and receiving documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping labels.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and any discrepancies.

4. **Quality Control**:

- Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality and accuracy.
- Report any damaged or missing items to appropriate parties.

5. **Equipment Operation**:

- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.

6. **Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with team members, suppliers, and carriers to ensure smooth operations.
- Notify relevant parties of any delays, issues, or discrepancies in shipments.

7. **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in all warehouse activities.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as operate material handling equipment.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver license.

**Working Conditions**:

- The position involves working in a warehouse environment with exposure to various weather conditions.
- May require the use of personal protective equipment.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: $18.74-$23.74 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
