**Location**:Ayr, Ontario

**Hours of Work: Split Shift** Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
**Overtime as Required**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Operate industrial lift truck load/unload trucks and to move merchandise, equipment or bulk materials to proper locations
- Prepare product for shipment by pulling, stacking, labeling and staging material
- Create and complete a shipment in ERP
- Receive and maintain customer owned containers
- Inform Shipping/Receiving supervisor of over/under shipments, inventory discrepancies
- Maintain FIFO of Finished Goods material
- Assist with daily, monthly and year-end inventory counts
- Work with Quality control during final audits and sort and reworks
- Follow IATF16949 procedures and work instructions
- Facilitate the organization and cleanliness of the Shipping area
- Communicate with customers, trucking companies and route managers
- Complete full dock audit of outgoing material
- Maintain tow motor batteries

**Qualifications Required**:

- Completion of Grade 12 (OSSD) or GED is required
- Minimum of three (3) years’ licensed forklift experience (propane or electric)
- Minimum of one (1) - three (3) years’ experience in a logistics environment; automotive preferred
- Ability to perform tasks within defined work instructions
- Adheres to related health and safety legislation (forklift safety)
- Use of simple mathematical calculations to ensure accuracy of inventory reporting
- Must be flexible and available to participate in inventory and cycle count outside of regular hours as required
