**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Set Appointments with Leads on a company provided phone.
- Handle phone systems to manage incoming calls and inquiries professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns.
- Support the finance team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Organize office supplies and maintain a tidy workspace.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Automotive Finance Softwares is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience working in a dealership or front desk environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Customer service experience is beneficial for interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Fluent Hindi/Urdu or Punjabi is mandatory.
