**Purpose**:
The Undergraduate Program Support Assistant provides undergraduate program, course, and other administrative support course support for the academic units within the Faculty of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies (LA&PS) under the director of Director, Operations Management.

**Education**:
Completion of High School diploma

**Experience**:
Minimum of 1 year experience in office administration and front desk reception.

**Skills**:
Ability to deal courteously and effectively with people.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively under pressure of high volume and constant interruptions.
Effective organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Knowledge of on-line computerized records system (e.g. SIS).
Intermediate level of MS Word and MS Excel.
