Mercato di Luigi, a community-driven concept offering fresh pasta to dine in or takeaway, an Italian-style cafe, and an Italian grocer, is looking for line cooks to join the team. Please note, this is a primarily daytime position (evening shifts only required for occasional pop-ups).

**You have**:

- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Experience with Italian cuisine is an asset
- A positive attitude
- A team-oriented outlook
- A desire to learn
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while multi-tasking and maintaining high food standards
- An understanding of First In - First Out procedure and pride in maintaining an organized work environment
