**JOB SUMMARY**:
The _Marketing Coordinator - Alternate Site_ will play a key role in supporting the execution of the Canadian Alternate Site Strategy in defined customer channels. The individual will be very collaborative and demonstrate the ability to work closely with cross functional teams including: the Alternate Site team, the marketing teams across Business Units, as well as shared services and business partners. Strong customer focus, creativity and attention to detail, coupled with a flexible and proactive approach will be keys to success. The marketing coordinator will gain valuable skills in developing competencies in marketing execution, communication, and business acumen.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead the execution of the Alternate Site National Conference and Association engagement strategy
- Work with cross-functional partners to continue to build our channel programs and customer experience
- Engage with the Digital Engagement Team on specified marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Support key marketing activities including organization of customer events (webinars, symposiums)
- Assist with the development, preparation and distribution of marketing collateral and online content and manage the regional marketing content/collateral approval process
- Assist with ongoing optimization and execution of digital marketing activities
- Support other key business projects as required in line with KBOs

**REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor degree minimum
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Drive for Results and Entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and timelines

**REPORTING STRUCTURE**
- This position reports to the Marketing Manager, Alternate Site
