- and part-time basis. This is your opportunity to be part of one of the most established and reputable moving companies in the Victoria area. TSM has an open door policy where we listen to and respect our employees.

**Mover Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Represent Two Small Men in a professional manner by being respectful towards our clients, their homes & belongings.
- Pack boxes, disassemble items, and/or wrap furniture if needed.
- Load and unload the moving truck.
- Move all items without damaging the customer's home.
- Understand and abide by company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. or more on a regular basis throughout the day.
- Punctual, Reliable, Team-player with heavy focus on customer service.
- Reliable means of transportation to get to work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Victoria, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
