**The opportunity**:
The Privacy Administrator is responsible for contributing to the ongoing compliance work for Client’s privacy and IT security supplier programs, using the OneTrust software solution. You will support the Procurement Contract Management (PCM) Privacy Team Lead in the maintenance of ongoing privacy and IT security related efforts relative to administration processes. You will employ administrative coordination and recordkeeping, supplier program support including maintenance of OneTrust supplier records and continued operationalization of privacy and IT security matters. Individuals in this role must be able to successfully analyze and update supplier/vendor data, leverage critical thinking and decision making to ensure attention is focused on remarkable findings in the data, support internal team members in managing their workload across multiple supplier/vendor accounts including the documentation of potential incidents or investigations, and be responsive to record creation, data review, analysis, tracking, monitoring and reporting requests.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for administrative activities relating to OneTrust data privacy software
- Create, review, verify, analyze and update supplier records in OneTrust with a sustained high degree of accuracy and volume productivity
- Be responsible for the maintenance on multiple supplier accounts in OneTrust, in partnership with multiple internal team members, as well as external stakeholders when necessary and as directed by the PCM team
- Assist with responses to certain support requests and troubleshooting efforts as required
- Perform related duties as assigned including other administrative duties and ad hoc projects as needed

- Attention to detail and accuracy, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and positive attitude
- Experience with data review, analysis, reporting
- Experience with Microsoft Windows, Teams, Office365, OneTrust a plus
- Undergraduate degree preferred or at least 2 to 3 years relevant experience
- Project or program management experience is a plus
