Dublin-based Mark Anthony Brands International (MABIUC) is a leading multinational alcohol beverage business. Our People Operations team is looking for a dynamic **_Recruiter_**_ _who is passionate about sourcing, selecting, and hiring the best talent out there In this role, you will form part of a close-knit team who work very collaboratively together with our Field HR Partners, Total Rewards, and HR Technology teams and Hire Leaders across our International Business Units. Based in Dublin, you will find the best diverse talent to join our teams within Mark Anthony Brands International You will recruit for multifaceted and diverse positions that may include digital, supply chain, finance and accounting, marketing, sales, and business roles. In addition, you will establish networks and solid talent pipelines for future roles and will participate in projects that will include supporting and building hiring manager capability and best practices.

**What You Will Do**:

- Build and forge positive relationships with hiring leaders to understand their talent needs
- Role and requisition setup
- Initiate reference checks
- Build diverse talent pools, networks, and pipelines as needed for critical positions or future roles
- Support projects that involve continuous improvement opportunities to help build out recruiting infrastructure
- Facilitate training sessions as needed to build hiring team capability related to interviewing and selection

**Who You Are**:

- 3 + years demonstrated capability leading full-cycle searches up to Director level across a variety of fields such as Digital, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to influence at a senior level
