We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a General Laborer for our construction company specializing in Gypsum Floor Underlayment. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various tasks related to the installation of gypsum floor underlayment systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Assist with Material Handling**: Help in loading and unloading materials and equipment at the job site. Transport materials to different areas of the site as needed.
- **Preparation Work**: Assist in the preparation of the work area by cleaning and clearing debris. Set up necessary equipment and tools for the job.
- **Installation Support**: Aid in the installation process by providing assistance to skilled workers. This may include holding materials, operating equipment under supervision, and following instructions closely.
- **Cleanup and Maintenance**: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site throughout the project. Assist in cleaning tools and equipment after use. Perform basic maintenance tasks as directed.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site. Report any safety hazards or concerns to the supervisor immediately.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient project completion. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to coordinate tasks and workflow.

**Requirements**:

- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- **Reliability**: Punctuality and dependability are essential. Must be able to consistently fulfill assigned duties and work scheduled hours.
- **Team Player**: Willingness to work cooperatively with others in a team-oriented environment. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- **Basic Construction Skills**: Familiarity with construction practices and tools is preferred but not required. Willingness to learn and follow instructions is essential.
- **Safety Conscious**: Knowledge of basic safety procedures and willingness to adhere to safety guidelines at all times.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to follow instructions closely and perform tasks with accuracy and precision.
- **Valid Driver's License**: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site are preferred.

Pay: $22.00-$26.50 per hour
