As a **Food Service Team Member**, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You’ll assist customers with their orders, prepare high-quality food, and help maintain a clean and welcoming space. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and experience in fast food or quick-service restaurants.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are met.
- Prepare food items including burgers, fries, and shakes to company standards and customer specifications.
- Ensure all food is made fresh, presented well, and meets food safety and quality standards.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions, operate the cash register, and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations.
- Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and health guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, team-oriented attitude.
- Proven experience in a fast food or quick-service restaurant environment is **required**.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Cashiering skills with basic math proficiency for handling transactions.
- Solid understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
- Time management abilities to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
