The Food & Beverage Supervisor is a total foodie enthusiast who proudly supports the Food and Beverage Manager in leading a team of Starbucks Baristas, Smoothie Bar Servers in the day-to-day operations of the Food and Beverage department. These leaders are responsible for supervising daily food and beverage operations, and for ensuring an excellent member experience. They pride themselves in helping achieve sales goals that maximize revenue through customer satisfaction and team member engagement.
While some of your time is spent supervising, you are also experienced and comfortable with rolling up your sleeves and handcrafting specialty beverages and smoothies, on the daily.
You are passionate about leading a team, are friendly, outgoing and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. You are incredibly attentive and provide continual coaching and mentorship to all Food and Beverage Associates.
With the help of your Food and Beverage Associates these organized leaders create and maintain a clean, safe and exciting environment within the Food & Beverage department. You offer a positive, welcoming space that delivers fun while consistently providing a quality product with a five-star customer service experience to all members and guests.
