**Upper James Toyota is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist**
Upper James Toyota is part of the Parkway Motors Hamilton dealership group. We take pride in having serviced the greater Hamilton area for over 40 years. We believe in fostering a strong culture in the workplace that is safe, fun and creative, that will inevitably breed success.
We are seeking a Part-time Receptionist who has flexible hours, but is committed to the role. After training, you will work approximately 20 hours per week. shifts will vary and you must be able to work Monday and Wednesday from 4pm to 9pm and alternating Saturdays from 8:30am to 5pm.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Greet clients in a friendly and courteous manner, and direct them appropriately
- Stock incoming and outgoing vehicles
- Operate a 1 to 25 line switchboard
- Answer and forward telephone calls
- Record and relay information
- Send invoices, and perform other clerical duties such as filing and sorting
- Update client information in a variety of systems
Qualifications:
- **Outgoing personality, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills**:
- Read, write and speak English
- Ability to operate a 1 - 25 line switchboard
- Working knowledge of Windows, Excel
- Excellent problem-solving skills and commitment to continuous learning
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Critical thinking, and ability to share ideas on ways to improve our customers’ experience
- Availability to cover the Full-Time Day Reception shift and vacation **when needed is an asset**:
- **Proper business attire**:
- **Automotive experience is an asset**
