**Job Overview**

The Account Manager’s main role is to oversee relationships and contracts with sellers and ensure seamless communication with Lenmark. They will provide all administration, logistics, coordination, and support to the Procurement Department.

**Responsibilities**:
**Account Management**

Manage and administer all contracts coming from the purchasing department once they have been signed and completed by the department. This includes:

- Account and relationship management.
- Accounting administration, including:

- Ensure PO's are entered correctly into NetSuite and that processes are followed, contracts are moved through the system, accounts are reconciled
- Items are received in NetSuite in a timely manner
- Bill dates are correctly set
- Additional listing detail collection as required for Inventory or the Sales Team.
- Logistics, project planning, freight, and coordination of equipment movement.
- Providing updates and reports to sellers along with account reconciliations.
- Assisting the Procurement team with contract renewals or cancellations.
- Working with other departments as required.
- Freight, logistics, and customs planning.
- Provide sellers with timely support.
- Research inventory and provide information to the Procurement Manager or Inventory team.
- Prevent expired contracts and aging inventory.

**Other Responsibilities**
- Work with the Procurement Manager on any other projects, as required.
- Other projects or tasks, as designated by the Procurement Manager or General Manager.

**Qualifications and Skills Requirements**:

- Prior logistics, purchasing, or inventory experience an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office

**Competencies**

Relationship Management
- Effectively manages relationships and contracts with sellers, ensuring strong and productive partnerships.
- Facilitates seamless communication between external parties and internal teams, such as Lenmark.

Accounting, Administrative, and Logistical Expertise
- Handles all PO's for inbound inventory, Item Receipts, and Bills. Must be confident in the accounting cycle for procurement of items, preferably within NetSuite
- Handles all administrative tasks, logistics, and coordination efficiently and accurately.
- Provides comprehensive support to the Procurement and Sales Department, ensuring smooth operations.

Communication Skills
- Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information.
- Ensures clear and timely communication between clients and internal teams.

Problem-Solving and Negotiation
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills to address client issues and challenges promptly.
- Utilizes effective negotiation skills to manage contracts, pricing, and conflict resolution.

Organizational and Time Management Skills
- Manages multiple accounts and tasks efficiently, prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines.
- Maintains organized records and documentation to ensure smooth account operations.

**Closing Statement**:
Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
