**Job Summary**
This hybrid role combines technical account management with outbound sales. You'll be the key point of contact for our existing clients—ensuring they’re getting the most from their IT services—while also identifying opportunities for expansion and sourcing new business leads.
You’ll collaborate closely with our technical team, help clients plan and budget their IT needs, and engage new prospects through outreach and relationship building.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and grow assigned client accounts through proactive check-ins, QBRs, and solution planning
- Understand clients’ business goals and align IT services and recommendations accordingly
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and infrastructure assessments
- Provide consultative sales guidance for potential clients, including discovery calls and proposals
- Serve as a bridge between clients and technical teams to ensure project success and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate notes and pipeline updates in our CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to effectively communicate new features or updates to clients.
- Provide training sessions for clients on product usage and best practices.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a technical account management or similar role within a technology-focused environment.
- 3+ years of experience in account management or B2B sales (preferably in an MSP or IT environment)
- Strong understanding of IT services, infrastructure, and cloud technologies
- Excellent communication skills—both technical and client-facing
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and sales tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable with outbound sales activities and lead generation strategies
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Experience with PSA/CRM tools (e.g., Autotask, HubSpot) is a plus
