YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Point of contact for all product managers to answer and coordinate all inbound and outbound EDI documents
- Understand and respect the rules and requirements provided by each EDI trading partner for packing and shipping
- Access our EDI portals and approve EDI documents
- Process EDI documents into and out of ERP system
- Prioritize and assign orders for EDI clerks to follow
- Coordinate the printing of all required pack tags for customers
- Coordinate the ASN requests from our Warehouses in USA and BC
- Perform quality control on EDI shipments and customer EDI requirements
- Inventory allocation
- Inventory controls
- Replenishment
- Kitting process
- Know and respect maritime import procedures;
- Coordinate container imports with carriers, customs agents, etc;
- Prepares the necessary documentation;
- Follows up imports, from purchase order to receipt of goods;
- Check invoices for customs declaration;
- Keep delivery schedule up to date;
- Informs divisional teams of merchandise progress.

**QUALITIES OF OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Previous experience working in a warehouse
- Previous experience in an EDI department (an asset)
- Proficient with computers
- Knowledge of SAP, Vantree, SPS, Lisa (an asset, not a must)
- Autonomous
- Details and customer service oriented
- Speak and write French and English
