At Alexander Willowridge, one of our core values is ‘People First’. We are looking for an energetic Project Coordinator to join our team. Alexander Willowridge provides industry leading construction and site services to our clients. Every team member is made to feel a part of the AWLP family. The Project Coordinator will assist our on-site teams with projects in a high-volume capacity at the Dow Path2Zero Project.

In this role you will support our onsite project managers with coordination including:

- Timesheets and Daily Reporting:

- Submit timesheets each day to the client, maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Code time daily and maintain cost codes
- Enter time into QuickBooks daily and generate weekly reports to reconcile
- Procurement and Requisitions:

- Coordinate on-site requirements for equipment with the Equipment Manager
- Prepare equipment requisitions, obtain approvals and purchase orders
- Maintain inspection forms for tracking purposes
- Submit equipment fuel logs daily
- Submit Material Requisitions (MR)
- Submit Subcontractor Requests (SCR)
- Issue Purchase Orders
- Enter vendor invoices into QuickBooks
- Process month end reports
