We have an exciting opportunity for our holiday season to support our team of International Agricultural Workers (IAWs). The Seasonal IAW Liaison (Support Worker) plays a key role in ensuring employee wellness through our holiday program. BTN is supported by many dedicated International Agricultural Workers and we are committed to providing a safe and comfortable experience for them while in Canada.

**Duties include but not limited to**:

- Prep for arrivals and workers who transfer from partner farms. Including supply bin shopping and distribution.
- Collect checklists to confirm public health or fire department regulations are being followed. Ensuring follow up with any items requiring attention.
- Accommodation setup
- Worker check in to accommodations
- Basic supply replenishment (cleaning and first aid kits)
- Morning attendance for payroll
- Fulfillment and prioritizing day-to-day IAW requests
- Transport to appointments via company vehicle

- Clean driving record
- Spanish not required but considered an asset.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Salary**: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
