The Program Coordinator role is an integral part of the HR Team, responsible for administering the Seasonal Agricultural Worker Program (SAWP) in compliance with Service Canada requirements. This role ensures the company secures the necessary workforce to meet production goals while maintaining full program compliance.

This role ensures the company secures the necessary workforce to meet production goals while maintaining full program compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Program Management**: Oversee the International Agricultural Worker Program at a national level, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- ** Primary Point of Contact**: Serve as the main liaison for Service Canada, the Mexican and Jamaican embassies, F.A.R.M.S., Canag Travel, and internal divisions.
- ** Regulatory Updates**: Communicate and implement program changes issued by the Government of Canada, embassies, and F.A.R.M.S.
- ** Seasonal Workforce Coordination**: Manage processes for new arrivals, double arrivals and support divisions with worker transfers process.
- ** Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) Submission and Compliance**: Communicate and meet deadlines, ensure timely collection of required documents, including housing contracts, inspection reports, worker lists, and travel schedules.
- ** Program Adjustments**: Manage LMIA modifications and communicate updates to divisions.
- ** Travel Logistics**: Coordinate general and emergency flights, providing itinerary updates and airport pickup details.
- ** Database Management**: Maintain accurate records and an up-to-date database.
- ** HR Support**: Facilitate onboarding, training, and communication with workers.
- ** Incident & Compliance Reporting**: Act as a liaison for workplace incidents, WSIB claims, and other HR-related matters
- ** Employee Relations Support**:Facilitate difficult and sensitive conversations with discretion, professionalism, and tact, ensuring worker concerns are handled confidentially and effectively**.**

**Technical Competencies**
- **
Knowledge of SAWP & LMIA Regulations** - Understanding of Service Canada’s requirements and compliance standards.
- ** HR Administration** - Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.
- ** Database & Record-Keeping** - Ability to maintain accurate worker records and track compliance.
- ** Travel & Logistics Coordination** - Managing international travel arrangements and schedules.
