**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Install and configure Ethernet cabling and related equipment for residential and commercial clients.
- Conduct thorough testing of installed systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to telecommunication systems, including low voltage wiring and Cisco routers.
- Utilize hand tools and mechanical knowledge to perform installations safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service requests.

**Skills**
- Proficient in Ethernet installation and computer networking principles.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools effectively.
- Experience working with Cisco routers is highly desirable.
- Basic electrical experience is a plus, enhancing your ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
