**Business Development Manager - Industrial Refrigeration**

**About Us**

We are a leading industrial refrigeration contractor specializing in the design, installation, and service of refrigeration systems across Ontario. With decades of expertise in industrial, food & beverage, cold storage, and recreational facilities, we are expanding our market presence and seeking a driven Business Development Manager to fuel our growth.

**Position Summary**

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our footprint in the industrial refrigeration market. This role requires a results-oriented professional with proven success in B2B sales, preferably within mechanical contracting, refrigeration, HVAC, or industrial services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in industrial refrigeration markets (food & beverage, cold storage, process cooling, recreational facilities, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, consultants, and general contractors.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, service, and project management) to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to position the company as a preferred partner.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations in coordination with the estimating and engineering teams.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Provide accurate forecasting and regular sales activity reports to senior management.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in industrial services, refrigeration, HVAC, or mechanical contracting.
- Strong understanding of industrial refrigeration systems and/or mechanical contracting is an asset.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the GTA and across Ontario as required.

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
