**Required immediately, our Winnipeg office is seeking a Supervisor, Payroll & Benefits.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
- Bachelor of Commerce Degree with an HR specialization
- Canadian Payroll Association Certification would be an asset
**Essential Functions**:
- Prepare and process semi-monthly payroll for both Canada and the US
- Prepare journal entries, records of employment, T4’s, W2’s, remittances, etc. as required
- Support with increased accountability for all aspects of benefit administration, including working with benefits consultants, benefit carriers, dealing with inquiries from employees, annual reporting and auditing
- Quarterly and annual WCB reporting
- Support with increased accountability for for US 401(k) plan, and Canadian RRSP/DPSP plan. This include working with carriers, benefits consultants, auditors, etc.
- Support HR for WCB annual and/or quarterly reporting for several Canadian provinces and all US employees
- Support requested Hartford certificates of insurance through ADP pay by pay
- Work with various provincial government departments (Manitoba Health and Education Tax, Quebec Health Tax, CSST, WCB, etc.) as well as US Federal and State government agencies
