**Job Title: Tile Installer**

**Location**: Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada

**Job Type**: Full-Time / Permanent

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Measure and prepare surfaces for tile installation, ensuring proper layout and alignment.
- Cut, lay, and install tiles on floors, walls, and other surfaces according to specifications.
- Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards, adhering to industry regulations and client specifications.
- Work with a variety of materials, including ceramic, porcelain, marble, and other types of tiles.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including managing tools and equipment.
- Communicate with supervisors and clients to discuss project requirements and timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in tile installation.
- Must be based in or around Halifax, Nova Scotia.
- Strong knowledge of tile materials, tools, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work from detailed instructions.
- Good understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with both residential and commercial tile installations.
- Certification or training in tile installation or related fields (an asset).

Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
