**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Install a variety of flooring materials including tile, hardwood, laminate, and vinyl according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans to determine layout and installation requirements.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and installing flooring materials.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process to ensure timely project completion.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in flooring installation or related maintenance person work is required.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding technical specifications is essential.
- Familiarity with various flooring types such as tile laying, laminate, hardwood, etc.
- Strong skills in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials, standing for long periods, and working in various environments.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
