**The Role** Are you interested in tech, customer service and getting involved in the commercial and operations side of a fast-moving startup/scaleup? Help us supercharge Trint to supersonic speeds. You will be a key part of the team providing fast, clear and friendly customer support. If you are self-motivated, outgoing and have a passion for great customer service Trint is the company for you. We are looking to hire an articulate, passionate Customer Support Representative who is a keen problem solver and loves working with people for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract role. You will be part of the Community Team, focussing on customer support including technical issues, account enquiries and product enquiries. Note that you should expect to work during "unsociable" hours as well as weekends, but you can do this from home. **Required skills** - Organizational skills: ability to manage your own time, effectively prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and goals. - Strong People Skills: you should enjoy dealing with customers, problem-solving and improving processes. - Must be able to act independently and be self-motivated **Helpful but not essential skills and qualities** - Social Media Marketing: strong knowledge of social media platforms. - Technical Skills: proficiency in audio/video editing or other speciality skills - Additional Languages: Trint offers its services in multiple languages. - Previous experience with Intercom or other customer support platforms **Benefits** - Unlimited holiday + flexible working opportunities - Hybrid work schedule (two days in office a week) - Medical and dental insurance - Generous EMI share option scheme - Enhanced parental leave - Relaxed and social environment, snacks, and team socials - And more to come.
