As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused person to join our dynamic team.

Due to continued growth, we are hiring a full-time **Sales & Social Media Support Specialist** to join our team of dedicated workers in Woodbridge. This job requires a 9:30am-6pm, **Tuesday to Friday, and 9am-4pm Saturday Shift,**due to the needs of our business.

Responsibilities Include:

- Assist with the preparation of customer orders
- Responsible for walk-in clients and décor appointments
- Address and resolve customer complaints courteously and fairly.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations, actively promoting our tabletop event décor products and services.
- Efficiently and accurately process customer orders and returns.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to resolve customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to offer accurate support.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
- Lead client appointments and provide timely follow-ups.
- Maintain and manage all social media platforms, including Mailchimp, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- event industry: 1 year (preferred)
- key holder: 1 year (preferred)
