Under the supervision of the Financial Controller, the main responsibilities of this position are to act as a resource person for all internal customers for the various financial analyses required, the validation of Power Bi reports as well as for the creation, maintenance and interpretation of data. He/she will also participate in the training of internal clients.

**Schedule**: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, Day shift, Hybrid formula with a minimum of 2 days in person

**Main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Conduct detailed analyses of product and inventory costs, including production, purchasing, transportation, customs, and stock allocations.
- Validate and reconcile inventory with the general ledger, identify discrepancies, recommend corrective actions, and ensure consistency in item classifications.
- Produce sales and margin analyses by product, customer, and category, ensuring alignment with financial statements and Power BI reports.
- Reconcile intercompany transactions, including transportation charges and elimination of intercompany balances.
- Ensure tax and customs compliance, including validation of sales and purchase taxes, unbilled transportation fees, and reconciliation of customs agency invoices.
- Maintain the integrity of financial data in D365, and generate required data from existing systems to support internal databases.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and supplier information, ensuring data reliability and consistency.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and respond to internal and external requests, supporting managers and other departments.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar field/position
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong computer skills
- Experience working with data systems such as Power Bi
- Experience working with Microsoft D365 and Salesforce (a strong asset)
- Comfortable working with Excel and Outlook
- Bilingualism required, spoken and written (French, English).
