BMD Painting LTD is a locally owned painting company serving Calgary and surrounding areas. We’re looking for a **reliable and outgoing Door Knocker** to help us connect with homeowners and book painting estimates.

**Position Details**
- **Hours**: 9-15 hours per week
- **Pay**: $17-$21 per hour (based on experience)
- **Bonus**:$30 for every in-person estimate booked**:

- **Location**: Primarily **Northwest Calgary**:

- **Schedule**: Flexible daytime and early evening shifts
- Must have your own vehicle

**Responsibilities**
- Door knock in assigned neighborhoods
- Introduce BMD Painting LTD and our services in a friendly, professional manner
- Gather homeowner interest and book in-person painting estimates
- Accurately record lead information
- Represent the company positively at all times

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Able to work independently
- Sales or door-to-door experience is an asset (but not required)

**What We Offer**
- Hourly pay **plus performance-based bonuses**:
