**About the Job**We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as **Door Knocker Marketers**. In this role, you’ll be the face of our business, engaging directly with homeowners to identify potential leads for painting services, gather contact information, and place lawn signs to boost brand visibility. This position is perfect for those who enjoy meeting new people, working independently, and earning competitive pay.

**Responsibilities**
- Knock on doors within assigned neighborhoods to promote our painting services.
- Communicate professionally and politely with homeowners to gather leads.
- Identify potential clients who require painting services and collect their phone numbers.
- Record detailed information about the job, such as the type of painting services needed.
- Place lawn signs in agreed-upon locations to maximize visibility.
- Track routes and log hours using the Strava app.
- Accurately report results at the end of each session.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and reliable with the ability to work independently.
- Access to a smartphone with the Strava app installed.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
- Ability to follow directions and accurately report results.

**Bonus Points**
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales or canvassing is a plus.
- Confidence in starting conversations with strangers.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Interest in business, marketing, or sales.

**Work Hours**You’ll set your own schedule within the following timeframes:

- Monday to Thursday**:5:00 PM - 8:00 PM**
- Saturday**:11:00 AM - 8:00 PM**
- Sunday**:2:00 PM - 8:00 PM**_Note: Best results are typically achieved on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays._
