**_Are you interested in becoming our next Productivity Solutions Analyst?_**

  • As a Productivity Solutions Analyst, you will be working alongside the Productivity Solutions Engineer, focusing on digitizing business processes. This role assists in designing, developing, and deploying solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform. By translating technical requirements provided to you, you will then turn those into solutions for use by division staff, students, and occasionally the broader community.- This position also assists in maintaining and improving existing solutions, provides technical support, and ensures the latest updates and best practices are included for daily work, as the platform is very dynamic.-

**_Responsibilities_**

  • Understand how to design, develop, and deploy solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Work with team members and perspective holders to analyze existing processes, understand and capture requirements so they can be translated into solutions.
  • Monitor and maintain existing solutions, ensuring they continue to meet division needs and standards. Periodically review existing solutions for efficiencies and updates based on changing business needs and platform enhancements.
  • Assist with issues related to developed solutions. This includes end-user support, providing training, and making improvements based on feedback.
  • Keep up with the latest updates released for the Microsoft Power Platform through a range of professional development activities.
  • Implement security measures to protect data, manage user access, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations. Regularly monitor and audit the environment for potential security risks.
  • Assist with design and implementation of data models within the Power Platform. This includes defining data requirements, relational data structures and ensuring data integrity and accuracy. This may also include integrating data from external data sources for use within Power Platform solutions.
  • Visualize data for reports and dashboards to be presented to various groups.

**_Qualifications_**

  • Degree, diploma, or a combination of industry certifications, plus one years' direct related experience.
  • Industry-specific certification related to Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 productivity services and technologies.
  • Awareness of data relationships and data management systems including, but not limited to the Dataverse and SQL.
  • Awareness of project management techniques.
  • Awareness of FOIP Legislation; e-records management; security standards and compliance.
  • Awareness of digital signature solutions.
  • Foundational knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, HTML and PowerShell.
  • Understanding of ITIL Foundations.
  • Awareness of workplace safety and awareness of Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
  • Awareness of the educational environment and its unique technical requirements.
  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code development and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work in collaboration with others.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong technical writing/documentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and conceptual skills.
  • Customer service focused attitude and the ability to conduct needs assessment of non-technical users.
