**Roles and Responsilibities**
- Assist Senior Technician in assessing, repairing or cleaning tools
- Provide estimates to Administration staff for purposes of billing
- Testing of Tools for quality control of repair or diagnostic purposes
- Interact with customers to communicate issues with tools
- Consult with Vendors to diagnose or troubleshoot tool issues
- Some administration work as directed by Senior Technician

**Skills and Qualifications**
- General knowledge of tools is considered an asset
- Proven problem solving skills a must
- Ability to work independently and in part of a time
- Customer service experience an asset
- Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, OneDrive)
- Working knowledge of the Gmail suite is a plus
