**We’re proudly Canadian and celebrating over 44 years in business, specializing in art, wallcovering, mirrors, and alternative wall décor.**
**Work with the team that manages every step within the art development and supply chain process - from art consulting, publishing, to manufacturing. We work directly with artists, offering our hotel, commercial and retail clients excellent innovative design and customization.**
**Project Specialist**
**Are you interested in taking your experience as a project specialist into the art realm, working with the creative team and the field sales team to manage the customized and iterative process with clients, ensuring product design and development meet our clients’ dreams?**

**_In this role, you will _**
- Support a remote sales force as the key ‘go-to’ person within head office and provide support directly to customers
- Provide Art and Quote Presentations to clients, forward product samples, sales documents, and marketing materials to reps and customers.
- Use project management skills and resources to ensure project timelines are tracked, communicated
- Maintain effective communication flow with all stakeholders - internal and external - to ensure project progress integrates revisions and project realignments accurately, meeting deadlines and client requirements
- Project manage quotes and sales opportunities with the Sales Rep and clients
- Provide recommendations to management regarding improvements and enhancements to processes and efficiencies

**_You bring your _**
- 2+ years’ experience as a Project Specialist or similar expertise
- Strong analytical, reasoning, numeracy and attention to detail skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills, strong ability to understand customer needs
- Productivity and comfort with a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional project management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
