Calgary, Canada PURE Restoration Full time

At **PURE Restoration** we specializes in exterior restoration, focusing on hail damage repairs for residential and commercial properties. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. Our Exterior Division is growing, and we’re looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Job Site Inspections**:

- Conduct thorough inspections to assess hail damage or determine project requirements for exterior repairs.
- Collaborate with senior staff to create detailed scopes of work.

**Post-Inspections and Quality Control**:

- Perform post-inspections on completed jobs to ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations.
- Identify and address any deficiencies promptly.

**Estimating and Documentation**:

- Utilize Xactimate software to create accurate estimates (training can be provided if necessary).
- Maintain organized project records using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- **Customer Service**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and clients, addressing their questions and concerns with professionalism and care.

**Material Management**:

- Pick up, transport, and deliver materials to job sites as needed.
- Ensure all materials are correctly documented and stored safely.

**Job Support**:

- Assist in small repairs, job site clean-ups, and other hands-on tasks as required.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure projects stay on schedule.

**Construction Knowledge**:

- Provide input on solutions to on-site challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in construction or restoration is a significant asset.
- Exterior knowledge in siding/roofing and restoration services an asset.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
- Experience with Xactimate software considered an asset.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

**Other Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable handling physical tasks, including material transport and minor repairs.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
