**The bigger picture**
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented person to come on board as our Network Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting Conexus’ network infrastructure.
**How you’ll be spending your time**
- Managing and delivering all aspects of IT network and its connectivity which includes design, installation, configuration, maintenance, support, documentation, and recovery
- Supporting the fulfillment of ongoing and future organizational IT network and operations needs which includes researching, analyzing, recommending and implementing changes
- Monitoring performance and ensure system availability and reliability in accordance to business service levels
- Providing technical support and guidance for the security team to assess IT vulnerabilities; responsible to determine & implement practical mitigation solutions; monitor systems to evaluate performance impact
- Working closely with multiple technical teams on continuous design, assessment and hardening of company’s information security identity and access management posture
- Establishing disaster recovery testing methodologies; this includes working with internal teams and vendors of disaster recovery services and facilities; recommend strategies
- Providing tier 2 and tier 3 support for all Conexus employees on technical issues and business operations which includes trouble shooting, analyzing, resolving or referring to third party vendor

**The experience you bring**
- 2 + years’ experience supporting networking technologies in an enterprise environment
- Cisco CCNA routing and switching certification or equivalent considered an asset
- Experience with Cisco wireless and ASA Firewall including Site-to-Site VPN’s and remote any connect services
- Cisco ISE experience considered an asset
- Experience administrating F5 (Load Balancer)
- Experience supporting AWS network environments
**Salary Expectation**
$75,200 - $94,000 with 10% Short Term Incentive Target
