The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and security across all systems.Key Responsibilities:Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and administer LANs, WANs, mainframe networks, and computer workstations.Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, operating systems, and applications.Monitor system performance using master consoles and coordinate network access.Provide technical support and problem-solving services to network users.Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures and maintain control records.Conduct data backups and disaster recovery operations.Implement and monitor security and quality controls.Perform shell scripting or other basic scripting tasks.May supervise junior IT staff or technicians.Qualifications:Completion of a college or other program in computer science, network administration, web technology, or a related field.Certification or training from software vendors (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft) is an asset.Registration with a regulatory body is required in Saskatchewan21.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
