Accounts Receivable Clerk

Be part of a team responsible for the day-to-day administrative functioning of the general ledger and accounts receivable processes, data input, payment processing, reconciling store cashes, and other clerical duties associated with accounts receivable administration.
- Reconcile and analyze customer accounts to support month-end and year-end requirements, including account reconciliation, reporting metrics, variance analysis and other reports for management upon request.
- Communicate and work as a team player with numerous different managers, departments and locations, and show strong communication and relationship skills with clients.
- Answer invoicing and account queries and call/collect outstanding accounts.
- Possess a combination of strong clerical skills and the ability to handle numerous tasks efficiently and accurately in a high volume payment processing environment.
- Have a college accounting diploma or other relevant education/experience. Specific experience in payments and accounts receivable would be an asset, as work loads in our accounting departments fluctuate and re-allocating duties at times is necessary. Proficiency with MS office required.
- Exercise absolute trust and discretion in the performance of their duties, as confidential information is handled on a regular basis.

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
