We are now hiring for the position of **Leasing Specialist**.

**Job Duties**
- Greet visitors
- Follow up on prospective residents, consistently overcoming objections, leading them through the sales process, and closing sales
- Inspect vacant suites daily/weekly to ensure “Rent Ready” status is maintained
- Maintain show suites ensuring all standards are consistently met
- Book appointments
- Show suites and give tours of the rental property
- Coordinate and implement an active open-house program
- Conduct detailed move-in inspection with Resident
- Assist Site Manager by conducting move out inspections when needed
- Conduct in-person lease signing with residents
- Leave clear handover notes for the Property Administrator and Site Manager
- Drive to other business locations within the city
- Other duties as assigned by the Property Manager

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- 1 year minimum experience in leasing
- Computer literacy in Word, Excel
- Excellent sales/marketing skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Enthusiastic, outgoing and professional
- Must have own vehicle and clean drivers abstract

**Work Schedule**
Monday to Friday, Saturday as needed

Expected Start date: Immediately
