**About us**
The Ottawa Catholic Child Care Corporation (OCCCC) is a non-profit organization offering non-denominational child care programs for children aged 18 months to 12 years. We operate 24 licensed child care sites throughout the Ottawa area. Our centres are all located in schools operated by the Ottawa Catholic School Board.

A 5 hr Preschool Educator is required for St. Francis of Assisi Early Learning Centre located in St. Francis of Assisi school in Orleans. The program is licensed by the Ministry of Education. The program provides toddler, preschool, kindergarten and school age care.

Our programs provide relaxed, recreational and educational programs in a child-centred environment, where children can safely learn through play. This philosophy is guided by Conscious Discipline®, an approach which encourages the educators working with the child(ren) to consciously respond to daily conflict, transforming it into an opportunity to teach critical life skills to children. The Conscious Discipline® focus begins with providing safety, both physically and emotionally, for all children; then creates an environment that aids in healthy connections among and with children in order to facilitate meaningful problem-solving.

**Qualifications**
- Early Childhood Education and provide proof of registration with the College of ECEs,
- Child and Youth Care
- Recreation and Leisure Services
- A member in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers.
- A police record check for the vulnerable sector dated within six (6) months is required upon hire.
- Standard First Aid and Infant/Child CPR dated within three (3) years is also required.
- Up-to-date immunization records

The RECE Salary is : $39,051 +RRSP's & Benefits

The Non-ece salary is: $32,785 +RRSP's & Benefits
