Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator or a Registered Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Your role will involve educating and caring for children, creating engaging classroom activities, and ensuring their overall well-being.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate circle time activities and creative art activities
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children
- Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents
- Collaborate with parents and other staff members to ensure the best possible care for each child
- Communicate with parents and other educators
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Follow requirements set our by the ministry of education and centre polices

Qualifications:

- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children

- must be able to work a 8:45 am to 6:00 pm shift

*must have vulnerable sector check completed in the last 6 months
- must have a valid CPR C certificate
- must have record of immunizations

Pay: $23.86 per hour
