Logistics Coordinator/ Accounts Receivable

Responsible for organizing all incoming/outgoing shipments FTL, LTL, and expedited mainly to U.S. and Mexico Previous Commercial/Export/Customs documentation experience is an asset.
- Enter and process Customer Orders into Spire/Sage software, E2 Shop and prepare for invoicing by matching Customer Quotes to the Purchase Orders.
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge is must as this role requires entering transactions into accounting software. Training will be provided.
- Assist Job cost scheduling.
- Secretarial duties.
- Other admin related tasks as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
