**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage customer service interactions, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the recruiting process to build a strong team.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist in budgeting processes to optimize resource allocation and operational costs.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Communicate regularly with upper management regarding team performance and operational challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a retail or customer service environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and another language (bilingual or multilingual preferred).
- Proficiency in using POS systems for sales transactions.
- Experience in interviewing and recruiting new team members is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
- Ability to handle cash responsibly and accurately manage financial transactions.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of budgeting principles is an advantage.

Pay: From $15.70 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 32 per week
