As the Client Solutions Specialist, you will help us achieve our ambitious growth goals, by playing an active role in the sales team. You will build company-wide knowledge so you can find solutions, create moments of truth, and deliver value to our clients with each interaction. You will work alongside 2 Account Executives to support them on all their client calls as an industry specialist. Your job will consist in building the best possible solution for our client to use.

**What you’ll do**
- Prepare and participate in discovery meetings with prospective clients in order to identify opportunities to sell Axya solutions.
- Prepare and participate in presentation meetings to perform product demonstrations to prospective clients. Preparation include decks and demonstration interfaces.
- Improve sales material in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
- Participate in trade shows
- Being involved in the product development roadmap
- Use creative solutions to gather information that helps identify, understand, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues
- Evaluate and prioritize client questions and inquiries
- Become an expert in all products and features offered to our clients
- Build sustainable, trustworthy relationships with clients through positive and personal interactions
- Proactively seek out ways to improve the customer experience
- Maintain the highest levels of client satisfaction and act with a sense of urgency that meets our clients expectations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years client service experience
- Exceptional communication (french & english)
- Expertise in troubleshooting and creative problem solving
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward & prioritize tasks
- Love to experiment and think outside of the box in a fast moving environment.
- Show resilience when encountering problems.
- Industrial or manufacturing experiences
- Engineering (or similar) background
- Eager to learn - curious

**Ce que vous ferez...**
- Préparer et participer à des réunions de découverte avec des clients potentiels afin d'identifier les opportunités de vente des solutions Axya.
- Préparer et participer à des réunions de présentation pour effectuer des démonstrations de produits aux clients potentiels. La préparation comprend des decks et des interfaces de démonstration.
- Améliorer le matériel de vente en collaboration avec les équipes de vente et de marketing.
- Participer à des salons professionnels
- S'impliquer dans la feuille de route du développement des produits
- Utiliser des solutions créatives pour recueillir des informations qui aident à identifier, comprendre, dépanner et résoudre les problèmes des clients.
- Évaluer et hiérarchiser les questions et les demandes des clients
- Devenir un expert de tous les produits et fonctionnalités proposés à nos clients
- Établir des relations durables et dignes de confiance avec les clients grâce à des interactions positives et personnelles.
- Rechercher de manière proactive des moyens d'améliorer l'expérience client
- Maintenir les plus hauts niveaux de satisfaction des clients et agir avec un sens de l'urgence qui répond aux attentes de
