Job Summary Working within the project management office in a dynamic environment, the Business Analyst is responsible for understanding the needs of supply chain and logistics management (warehouses, distribution centers, and transportation) and exploring potential solutions, considering best practices and various constraints. He/she actively participates in the project lifecycle: analysis, presentations, planning, implementation, training, and operational support. Key AccountabilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements; Map and document processes; Analyze data and prepare presentations to support decision-making; Propose and recommend value-added solutions to meet the needs; Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders; Assist the deployment and execution of tasks to deliver projects within defined timelines; Prepare and provide user training; Provide post-implementation support; Contribute to other team members' projects as required and prioritized; Perform any other related tasks.Job RequirementsREQUIRED SKILLSExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines; Excellent ability and motivation to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a changing environment; Ability to adapt quickly to changes and work under pressure with stakeholders at different levels and from various departments; Attention to detail and a commitment to thorough work execution; Demonstrate leadership, autonomy, and versatility; Customer service orientation and the ability to understand internal clients' needs effectively; Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing, and interpersonal communication skills.
- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in industrial engineering or business administration (specialization in operations management is an asset). Two (2) years of relevant experience in a similar role or in consulting. Bilingualism (spoken and written in French and English). Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Visio, AutoCAD, SAP, Power Query, Power BI is an asset. Experience in large-scale supply chain and logistics projects is an asset.We thank all interested applicants.
