Job description

We are looking for an energetic self-starter to join Viceroy as a Human Resource Team. You will support Viceroy's recruiting efforts, new employee onboarding, and more. You will play a critical role in helping to define our culture and make Viceroy a good place to work.

Job description:

- Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
- Liaison between Senior Management and working teams.
- Monitor and assist managers/supervisors with hiring processes and issues.
- Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local and federal laws and company policies and standards. Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files
- Support processing and maintenance of payroll records in accordance with policies and procedures
- Create and maintain filing systems. Generate Human Resources data reports as necessary
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
- Play an important role in the company ensuring employee health and safety, as understand the workplace, the employees and their job demands
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the management team.

Qualifications:

- Have professional HR experience and a BS/BA degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Working Experience in a manufacturing company is an asset
- Are impeccably organized, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Have a strong sense of urgency and personal accountability (you take the initiative to make things happen)
- Are able to maintain professionalism, including the ability to make a good first impression and demonstrate respectful, friendly and welcoming behavior
- Enjoy developing a strong feel-good culture in a multicultural environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
