**Job Details**:
**1.** Keeps management fully and promptly informed of all problems and unusual

matters/issues and takes initiative to fix any problems/issues.

**2.** Safely and correctly operates all equipment.

**3. **Uses all chemicals properly and safely in the correct quantities.

**4.** Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

**5.** Clean and maintain clinics up to company standards.

**6. **Responsible for maintenance, cleanliness and stocking all supplies.

**7.** Dust and maintain windows, lamps, mirrors, and light fixtures.

**8.** Cleans and maintains all floors such as mopping, sweeping and carpet cleaning.

**9. **Maintains and cleans all walls ensuring they are free from dirt and oils.

**10. **Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of all restroom areas; sweeping, mopping, dusting,

toilets, sinks, garbage’s, and mirrors. Ensures bathrooms are well stocked with

essentials.

**11. **Cleans and maintains staff rooms, sweeping, mopping, garbage, restocking supplies,

dusting, etc.

**12.** Clean and maintain all treatment rooms for the next morning; sweeping/vacuuming,

mopping, garbage removal, restocking supplies, dusting, mirrors, ensuring equipment

and walls are free from dirt and oils, etc.

**13. **Deliver supplies as needed from storage or store to clinics ensuring they are put away

properly.

**14.** Able to complete simple renovation jobs such as painting, building simple furniture items (cabinets, chairs, shelves, etc.).

**15. **Assist contractors with bigger/more complex jobs.

**16. **Able to lift 50lbs up 1 flight of stairs.

**17. **Must have a valid license and reliable vehicle as this position requires you to travel

during your working hours.

**18. **Must be flexible with schedule, e.g. early mornings, late nights, and weekends.

Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week.

**Salary**: $17 per hour to start.
