- Position Summary:_

Shift: Mon - Fri, and Sun - Thurs available.
- Essential Functions:_- Collaborates with other departments to meet all customer needs, internal reporting and customer record keeping.- Participates in general sales meetings, promotions and facilitates food show registration. Assists with recall and other information sharing as required.-
- Stays up to date with product offerings, market trends and customer needs while learning about the organizational offerings and systems.- Demonstrates strong customer service skills when dealing with unique or difficult situations.- Provides support to sales representatives coordinating customer service, orders, credits etc during special large special events IE: Stampede, PNE, SNE, F1 Race etc.- Supports and assists DSR for vacation coverage and seasonally based on needs.- Provides routing assistance for changes to deliveries such as time delays, adjustments in delivery days, etc.- Details customer complaints, tracks the same issues that multiple customers have, and reports problems as necessary.- Performs Other Duties as assigned.
- Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:_- Must have good customer service and time management skills.- Ability to perform 10-key data entry- Must have excellent written, verbal, organizational and communication skills.- High organized with a great attention to detail- Encourages collaboration with others to achieve a common goal- A self starter that can work independently as well as part of a team.-
- Excellent computer skills- Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and be able to work independently or within a team environment.- Ability to learn and use SAP, CRM, Gordon Ordering and other various systems
