**SUMMARY**
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Vendor Management; the **Vendor Analyst** will support the card access program in compliance with both Bell and BGIS corporate policies/contract, assist with the vendor compliance program for BGIS/BRES vendors, as well as vendor communications and training.
**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
Card Access Program Management
- Process contractor/service provider card access requests in accordance with the established process including:
- New and renewal card requests.
- Card access requests and updates.
- Card Termination requests.
- Manage the card access request mailbox and respond to inquiries in a professional and informative fashion.
- Interface with clients and contractor/service providers on security related issues.
- Liaise with Bell and BGIS corporate security teams on card requests.
- Input card request data into Bell’s C.A.R.D. system.
Vendor Compliance Program Management
- Monitor the compliance of Bell/BGIS vendors in both Cognibox and Avetta systems.
- Review profiles of noncompliant vendors and assist in vendor’s becoming compliant.
- Liaise with Operations and Project teams for non-compliant vendors.
- Interface with both Avetta and Cognibox support teams on identified issues.
- Work on maintaining Bell’s targeted 95% compliance rate.
- Provide monthly status updates on compliance rates to Bell.
- Work with vendors to ensure they understand Bell processes/requirements for compliance certification.
Vendor Assistance
- Work with Bell and BGIS communications prime to issue communication notices to vendors as required.
- Assist in development on vendor onboarding/training package detailing processes and requirements new vendors need to know to be successful in working for the Bell account.
- Support Vendor Management team by providing data, training and communications to vendor community.
Other activities
- Working with other team members to support vendor KPI programs.
- Supporting other BGIS and Bell groups for data requests.
- Additional duties as may be required from time-to-time.
**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**
- Self-starter with high degree of motivation and ability to work autonomously.
- Detail oriented and can interpret/analyze data.
- Proficient with MS Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to meet tight timelines and can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, responsive and good interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using technology for data base entry and maintenance of electronic files.
- Experience with editing and drafting documents.
- Able to communicate in a professional capacity both written and oral.
- Bilingual in French and English would be an asset.
