**YOUR ROLE**

The Finance Coordinator is responsible for the daily deposit entries, refunds processing, billing reports and reconciliations for Manion and Corporate clients and other accounts receivable functions, ensuring that cash & receivables for Corporate clients are maintained in an effective, accurate and timely manner.

**WHAT TO EXPECT**

  • Manages all aspects of accounts receivable for Manion Wilkins & Associates, and various Corporate clients.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Deposit entries, refunds processing, billing reports and reconciliations
  • Ensure the filing system and records are up to date

**YOUR IMPACT**

  • Manages all aspects of accounts receivable for Manion and various Corporate Clients, using both excel, MPACS, Great Plains and on-line banking - and making payments by EFT, cheque and TD various payment.
  • Performing monthly bank reconciliation (in excel with PDF backup)
  • Maintains accurate, up to date filing systems and records (Paper & Electronic), allowing the Corporate Billing Supervisor and auditors to easily access information when preparing financial statements and audit working papers

**THIS IS YOU**

  • Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field required
  • 1+ year of relevant work experience
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

**YOUR COMPENSATION**

  • At the time of this posting, the estimated annual base salary pay range for this position is $45,000-$50,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education/training. This range reflects the annual base salary only pay and does not encompass our comprehensive total rewards, benefits, and potential bonuses that we proudly offer.

This is a full-time, permanent position working a hybrid arrangement in our Etobicoke office. Your work week will be 37.5 hours a week, working weekdays for 7.5 hours daily, with occasional overtime. Our office is surrounded by amenities, and you’ll have free parking in our underground lot.
