**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service to all patients.
- Prepare and process prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist.
- Ensure prescription labels are clear and accurate.
- Respond to face-to-face and telephone inquiries from patients and healthcare practitioners.
- Maintain and update electronic patient records.
- Dispense medication and other medical products as directed by the pharmacist.
- Manage inventory, including restocking shelves and placing orders for pharmaceutical supplies, especially those frequently utilized by our partners.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage and handling of vaccines, including refrigeration monitoring.
- Perform medication reconciliation, ensuring the accuracy of patient medication records.
- Assist in handling insurance claims and client file management.
- Support general administrative duties, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace and dispensary.
- Manage the cash register and maintain the storefront.
- Perform reception duties and answer general phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process outgoing medical documentation requests and ensure timely receipt of consultation reports.
- Report and manage missed dose protocols for Methadone and Suboxone according to established procedures.

**Knowledge, skills and experience**:

- Familiarity with Fillware software is preferred.
- Experience dispensing Methadone and Suboxone is an asset.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of prescription processing and medical reconciliation protocols.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Experience with insurance claims and maintaining patient files is a plus.
- Technician accreditation is not required

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
