Bruncheria is casual all-day brunch restaurant serving all-day brunch, a cozy place where customers can taste a gourmet brunch in a timely manner or to meet with friends to spend some time in a relaxed ambiance or “al fresco” on the outdoor patio, all in one.

Main activities:
1. Supply/ Delivery driver for restaurant & donut shop (Bruncheria & Donuteria)
2. Food trailer driver & customer service
3. Property maintenance
4. Landscape
5. Equipment cleaning & maintenance

**Responsabilities**:
1. Supply/ Delivery Driver duties
- Buying wholesale supplies from different vendors and putting away deliveries in the cold storage areas
- Deliver online orders to customers
- Deliver custom orders
- Deliver orders to wholesale customers
- Deliver donuts from the bakery/restaurant to the donut shop
- Deliver and arrange donuts for events, such as weddings and parties

2. Food trailer driver & customer service
- Drive the trailer to and from different events and set-up it trailer for opening
- Assist the customer associate (cashier) in selling and packaging donuts for customers and preparation of the drinks
- Verify periodically sure that the trailer that the trailer is in good condition to drive, has water, electricity, propane and all the documents required to sell food

4. Property maintenance
- Maintain the shop and the restaurant as per company's internal regulations and standards
- Verify that the washrooms are in a good condition, clean up washrooms and refill consumables
- Verify that all the lights are working and replace bulbs as needed
- Check the doors, windows, walls and ceiling if they if they are in good condition and perform small reparations when needed
- Clean the outdoor patio, tables and chairs with pressure washer and check if they are safe for customers
- Clean the grease traps regularly and fix any issues
- Work with external contractors to make sure repairs are carried out with mínimal disruption to customers.

5. Landscape Maintenance
- Maintain flowers at the shop and the restaurant
- Cutting grass at the restaurant
- Maintain the back garden
- Paint the parking lot every season
- Replace any broken outdoor furniture and flower pot

6. Equipment Maintenance
- Maintain and clean in a proper condition the beer taps
- Maintain and clean in a proper conditions walk-in fridge and coolers
- Maintain and clean in a proper condition all the kitchen equipment

**Required Skills**:

- ability to work independently
- ability to trouble shoot issues as they arise
- safety conscious; ability to follow health, safety and hygiene standards in accordance with Company rules and regulations
- capable of crouching, reaching, stretching, bending and standing for a long periods comfortably, performing repetitive motion
- ability to lift 10-50lbs
- flexibility to work varying shifts.
- previous experience working in a food environment is preferred but not mandatory

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Experience**:
